Braised Pig's Feet

The pork front leg is rich in gelatin and is soft and chewy, making it suitable for the elderly and young children with poor teeth. Cabbage and natural herbs are used to make the stew, then the pig's feet are added and simmered for more than 6 hours to seal the rich gelatin and make the dish fragrant, chewy and sweet.
